East Hillsborough heat, original flex

This is not Westchase production and it is not Pinellas salt. It is sun-baked roofs over tract attics, Seffner and Valrico next door, FishHawk and Lithia a short drive south. Afternoon thunderstorms then steam. The attic holds it. Original flex that was never mastic’d leaks into that heat for decades until someone actually looks.

One-story west rooms are the regular complaint: living room is fine, the west bedroom is not. Often a mashed run, a leaky boot, or a supply that was never sized for that corner. Two-stories along Bloomingdale add the upstairs version of the same story.

Full method: ductwork. We mastic joints. We do not sell a new outdoor unit to hide a disconnected hose. Static pressure and register throw tell us more than a utility bill screenshot.
