Inland, the attic bakes harder. Humidity still mats fill that got wet, but the first complaint we hear is heat, not salt air. Newer HOA attics often have some blown-in that stopped short of the eaves and a garage bay that got skipped. Lake-side older houses can have batts with gaps and a hatch that dumps attic air into the hall.
