What Mini-Split Installation Includes

A ductless mini-split is a small outdoor condenser connected to one or more wall-mounted indoor units, with no ductwork. Nolan Air installs single-zone and multi-zone mini-splits for garages, enclosed lanais and Florida rooms, additions, bonus rooms, home offices, workshops, in-law suites, and any space the central system cannot reach or serve well. Installation includes the outdoor unit on a pad or wall bracket, the indoor head, the refrigerant line set and condensate drain routed through a line cover, a dedicated electrical circuit and disconnect, a permit, and a vacuum-and-charge startup. We also repair and service existing mini-splits from all brands.

Why Mini-Splits Matter in Florida

Extending central ductwork to those spaces is expensive and usually overloads the existing system.
