Is This the Right Service?

Winter heating bills from strip heat are high

What We Do On Site

Thermostats are configured for heat pump operation so backup heat only runs when needed. We inspect ducts, returns and the electrical panel before recommending equipment. You receive a written quote with equipment, warranty terms and scope, and more than one efficiency option if you want to compare. We walk you through the thermostat and register the warranty where the manufacturer allows.

Heat Pump Installation in New Tampa Homes

Two-story homes with bonus rooms are common, and the upstairs or bonus space is often warmer and more humid than the rest of the house. Many New Tampa residents commute long distances, so we work with narrow windows and give honest arrival times by phone or text. HOA communities have rules about equipment placement, screening, contractor parking and work hours that we plan around.

Hillsborough County permits apply to many equipment changes, and we pull them and coordinate inspections for heat pump installation. Preserve edges and wetlands keep outdoor humidity high even when the house feels fine, which loads drain lines and indoor moisture.

What Shapes the Scope

Variable-speed models usually handle Florida humidity better than single-stage units. Oversized heat pumps short-cycle and leave the air damp. Homes near Wiregrass Ranch Road area with coastal exposure may benefit from coated coils and stainless hardware.

New Tampa is mostly large planned-community homes from the 1990s and 2000s, with HOA rules and preserve-side humidity shaping most of our heat pump installation work. Golf-course and Cross Creek homes are often larger with two systems or long attic runs that we inspect separately. The more we know before arriving, the smoother the appointment goes.
