The Purchasing Manager will play a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations at Nolan Air Heating & Cooling by managing procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a focus on maintaining optimal inventory levels and timely material delivery. While primarily focused on operational and administrative tasks, the Purchasing Manager will occasionally assist with customer service duties, limited to no more than 25% of their time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procurement & Vendor Management: Source and purchase equipment and materials from vendors, obtain competitive pricing from multiple vendors, and negotiate terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
